Speedy deletion of For the Love of Art and the Making
[edit]A tag has been placed on For the Love of Art and the Making requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.
If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later." You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. -- Levine2112 discuss 00:02, 15 July 2008 (UTC)

Tony MacAlpine – Evolution
[edit]Stop changing "Astarias"—that's twice now you've done so. It's correct per the back cover, and that's all that matters. Mac Dreamstate (talk) 10:57, 20 January 2016 (UTC)
I did so twice because "Asturias" is correct. Some editions have mistakes on the cover. Besides that, "Asturias" is a Spanish region. You can check the following image and weblinks to confirm what I'm saying: http://clzmusic.r.sizr.io/core/covers/lg/ca/ca_856613_1_TonyMacAlpineEvolution.jpg https://web.archive.org/web/20100521085730/http://www.tonymacalpine.com/discography/discography_solo.html http://www.discogs.com/Tony-MacAlpine-Evolution/release/1527064 http://www.metal-archives.com/albums/Tony_MacAlpine/Evolution/315394
I hope this clears the matter up.
- Sure it clears things up, but the "correct" spelling is only a subsequent one. Shrapnel was the first to release the album, before Roadrunner, etc., therefore the misspelling should be reproduced before any corrections. Mac Dreamstate (talk) 15:50, 20 January 2016 (UTC)
Even in Tony's official website, which I included here, says "Asturias"! What else do you need to accept that you're wrong? You're putting Shrapnel above Tony, who is the original writer of that musical adaptation. That's why I included a note stating that some editions of the album have it mispelled as "Astarias." That's the correct thing to do, not keeping the wrong title as the correct one.
- Again, MacAlpine's website and subsequent pressings are just that—subsequent corrections. The absolute first rendition, namely Shrapnel's, should be reproduced above all else, with a note indicating the corrections—not vice versa. Yes, they got it "wrong", but for the sake of accuracy as per the original printed material, theirs should be displayed first. Mac Dreamstate (talk) 16:40, 20 January 2016 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for December 7
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Lemuria in popular culture, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Therion (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
