I have read and printed your Outlook for clues to our problem with non-groups. Congratulations on your honors, and your ambition to learn everything.In my early life we had much in common in that respect. But my philosophy has changed substantially. It is now reflected fairly accurately in JOHN DEWEY, TRANSACTIONS or better in the Knowing and the Known by JD and Arthur Bentley. Transactions was my effort to summarize K&K, but if you read the talk page you will see that it took a lot of effort to convince me to adopt an encylopedic style. I have nothing against the encylopedic style, or NPOV, but I do have a concern that content may sometimes take a distant second place to WP format, style, and markup.Islandsage 17:19, 22 February 2006 (UTC)
