Appeal to Indefinite Block
[edit]NapoleonX (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
I was wrong to be so insistent on my edits to the point of taking part in edit wars. I have been indefinitely banned from editing Wikipedia. My IP address was also blocked for block evasion. I am willing to be a productive editor. I admit that I didn’t log in to evade my block. That was wrong. I am asking for a second chance. I know you have no reason to give me another chance. All I can say is I have given a lot of thought to my previous behavior and I now realize that my edit warring was not productive and I am completely willing to have the reinstatement of my editing privileges (if you choose to give me another chance) be probationary. Again I will not attempt justify or excuse my previous behavior. I just ask for another chance. Respectfully Yours NapoleonX (talk) 08:19, 20 November 2022 (UTC)
Decline reason:

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- When was the last time you edited via IP? Acroterion (talk) 16:31, 20 November 2022 (UTC) It was a while ago. Maybe 1-2 months ago I took Sr. off of the end of man’s name. NapoleonX (talk) 17:35, 20 November 2022 (UTC)
- The standard offer requires six months without editing of any kind, from anywhere. So I recommend that you wait until next April to ask. This term is to some extend proof that you are willing to abide by community expectation, and I don't think it's too much to ask. Acroterion (talk) 17:39, 20 November 2022 (UTC)
- Yes, that’s reasonable. I will revisit this next April. NapoleonX (talk) 17:45, 20 November 2022 (UTC)
- Thanks, best wishes. Acroterion (talk) 17:46, 20 November 2022 (UTC)

- For the record, there was also AlexBona (talk+ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log · CA · CheckUser(log) · investigate · cuwiki) back in August. --Blablubbs (talk) 18:27, 20 November 2022 (UTC)
- @NapoleonX, as you can see, we'll check to make sure you really did stay away. I'll also tell you that if there is any trouble if and when you return, there will be no more chances. Acroterion (talk) 21:03, 20 November 2022 (UTC)
