Hello I'm removing some entries I know not to be true In the 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo Flim Flam was voiced by Susan Blu, in Mucha Lucha Carlos Alazraqui and later Jason Marsden voiced Rickochet, and in Kim Possible Tahj Mowry was the voice of Wade, and I don't think the character Donnie Vatriguez is a real character in King of the Hill but if she is set to appear in an upcoming episode as him I'm going to leave it for now. I have reinserted the maintenance tag you removed, to the effect that the article has no secondary sources. Every single source you provided qualifies as primary and therefore cannot be used to establish the subject's notability. Please leave the tag in place until reliable third-party sources are actually included in the article. Thank you. -- Blanchardb -Me•MyEars•MyMouth- timed 17:21, 15 November 2009 (UTC)

- No, I removed unsourced info and restored the production section, which was removed "at least 56 edits" ago. Pancake (talk) 13:12, 12 August 2010 (UTC)
- You've done that in your most recent edit,[2] but in this edit you removed a maintenance template without addressing the identified issues, restored a hat note to the incorrect position, restored numerous errors to the infobox, restored numerous formatting errors and deleted the "episodes" section (which had been hidden until cited episode content was available). --AussieLegend (talk) 13:59, 12 August 2010 (UTC)
- Well, sorry. I just wanted to restore the production section and the references. It won't happen again. Pancake (talk) 15:11, 12 August 2010 (UTC)

License tagging for File:Robyn - Call Your Girlfriend.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Robyn - Call Your Girlfriend.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

Malin Åkerman
[edit]Hi there. I noticed that you substantially expanded Malin Åkerman's article. It's now in a much better shape and really well-sourced, but I'm afraid it may need some work on grammar and wording. I'm a little busy at the moment, so I only did some copy editing for the lead section. See if you can ask a native English speaker to help you with the rest of the article. Meanwhile, I'm not sure about the films you listed in the lede. Are they significant for her or otherwise notable films (commercially or critically)? If not, they may feel a little random. Also, does Åkerman hold dual citizenship? I think it may need some clarification. Cheers. - Artoasis (talk) 13:45, 23 April 2011 (UTC)
- Ok, I see. So I just did some research on the films in the lead, and removed several non-notable films (three of them are actually box office bombs). Hope you don't mind, ;p - Artoasis (talk) 14:49, 23 April 2011 (UTC)
- Great. Then we can add it in the personal life section, something like "Åkerman holds dual Swedish–Canadian citizenship." Nice work! - Artoasis (talk) 15:05, 23 April 2011 (UTC)
- Never mind. It's already in the personal life section. "She holds both Swedish and Canadian passports...". I'll change the lede to clarify. - Artoasis (talk) 15:08, 23 April 2011 (UTC)

Robyn articles
[edit]I must say you've been doing a great job on Robyn's articles. Please read the comments I made on your good topic nomination of Pt. 1, I'd love to help you to create just one good topic for the whole series. ℥nding·start 02:58, 1 May 2011 (UTC)
- I don't know if I agree with you or not. You definitely have a point though. Pancake (talk) 12:33, 1 May 2011 (UTC)
- Well really, I mean, it would work a lot better, and since all the articles are technically a part of the same series, it's a lot easier. Under the assumption you will make one for Pt. 1 and the main one, this is just overall better. I don't think it would take long to get it together, either. As I can see, "Fembot" and "Dancehall Queen" are nominated for GA, "Dancing on My Own" needs a little work, but can be nominated, same with Pt. 1. I showed an example on the page of what I think would look pretty good. ℥nding·start 15:42, 1 May 2011 (UTC)
- Oh, and I just saw this. I'm pretty sure you can't have more than one thing in the same topic. ℥nding·start 15:43, 1 May 2011 (UTC)
- Omg lol when did you write all this!? I didn't notice the long message above "Oh, and I just..." until now xD Well, i'm planning on getting DOMO to GA, and yeah, it needs work :) I don't like improving album articles though, so I don't know about Pt. 1. Maybe at some point, or maybe you can do that one? Pancake (talk) 17:31, 5 May 2011 (UTC)

GA Nomination of Dancehall Queen (song)
[edit]Hi! I've reviewed Dancehall Queen (song), which you posted at GAN a little whiles back. I've put the article on hold for the next seven days to allow for responses and fixes. The link to the review is here. AJona1992 (talk) 00:45, 31 May 2011 (UTC)
"Fembot" GA nomination
[edit]Almost there. Just one more issue. What's wrong with "Dancehall Queen"? Novice7 (talk) 10:03, 3 June 2011 (UTC)
- Okay. I don't know. the review is just going very slowly and the reviewer wants to me to join a discussion about at his mentor's talk page. and it's just a tiny issue, too. it's all about whether the song debuted or peaked at no. 56. Pancake (talk) 10:10, 3 June 2011 (UTC)
- Hmm... let me check. I'll reply in just a minute :) Novice7 (talk) 10:13, 3 June 2011 (UTC)
- Well, I read through the discussion. We could write, "the song entered the (chart name) at its peak position of number fifty-six, before dropping out the next week..". What do you think? Suggestions? Btw, the lead states "No. 56" which is against MOS :) Might be a minor slip-up. Novice7 (talk) 10:23, 3 June 2011 (UTC)
- Yeah, that's better. I'll change it :) A random user changed it to "No. 56". i'll fix it. Pancake (talk) 10:31, 3 June 2011 (UTC)

Demi Lovato :)
[edit]My favorite Demi songs, in order are: "Here We Go Again", "The Middle", "La La Land", "Don't Forget", "Get Back", "Trainwreck", "This Is Me", and "Party". I'm mostly into her first album, which I have. "Skyscraper" is just K (but I only say that because I've only hear it once and don't wanna hear it again yet). -- ipodnano05 * leave@message 23:40, 12 August 2011 (UTC)

- Great! I'll start working on it tomorrow :) I haven't really listened a lot to her first album, apart from the singles. The intro of "Trainwreck" reminds me of another song? I don't know which... I listened through her second album a few weeks ago and I was hooked on "Got Dynamite". I'm really excited for her new album, especially since she is working with Missy Elliott and Timbaland. I'd love to hear how that turns out :) Pancake (talk) 01:11, 13 August 2011 (UTC)
- I'm really excited too. I think the genre change is gonna be really wonderful, and refreshing for her. I was definitely disappointed with her second album (especially after hearing the amazing title track). What other artists do you like? -- ipodnano05 * leave@message 01:30, 13 August 2011 (UTC)
- I listen mostly to R&B, like Diddy, Keri Hilson and Ciara. I also love Kesha, haha. I used to be a big Britney fan, but not anymore. Umm... I like Muse, especially the song Uprising, and some of Beyonce's songs. Pancake (talk) 01:41, 13 August 2011 (UTC)

Malin Åkerman
[edit]In this revision, you reverted changes because "the lead has already been copy-edited by a member of the Guild of copy-editors"; whether or not you are referring to yourself, that is not a reason for reverting a change. As it says on the main page, Wikipedia is "the free encyclopedia that anyone can edit." And as WP:COPYEDITORS makes clear, that wikiproject aims to "improve the articles in the English Wikipedia by dealing with articles tagged for copy editing using {{copy edit}}, and by maintaining the category of articles needing copy edit." While I am aware that in the past four months you have reached the top three among the list of editors contributing to the article, the article is WP:NOTYOURS.
I have partially restored some of the changes you reverted. If you have specific issues with those changes, let's take it to Talk:Malin Åkerman. 72.244.206.155 (talk) 18:27, 30 August 2011 (UTC)
- Would you chill? I have not ever acted like the article is mine and I don't need to be told Wikipedia rules on ownership by someone who has only made four edits. I am aware of the rules. You're acting like it's an edit war but it is clearly not. The lead does not have to split into three sections, three short sentences is not enough for a section. Pancake (talk) 18:36, 30 August 2011 (UTC)
- Btw why would you cite a text from WP:CODYEDITORS that has nothing to do with this? Pancake (talk) 19:36, 30 August 2011 (UTC)
- I agree, there's no edit war. I made changes, you reverted, I raised the issue here then re-applied some of my original changes. This time, instead of reverting me, you made a single change, and the issue is closed.
- I agree I was unclear about why I was citing WP:COPYEDITORS. I cited it because no one has to be a member of that wikiproject to copy-edit, and your comment ("the lead has already been copy-edited by a member of the Guild of copy-editors") implies otherwise. The quote was to emphasize that their wikiproject is focused on articles tagged with {{copy edit}}, not on copy-editing in general. Regardless, it is now water under the bridge. Thanks. 72.244.204.224 (talk) 05:11, 2 September 2011 (UTC)

[edit]Love your work here (I'm a major stalker :P) My friend Candyo32 would love that :) Unfortunately, he's not active. I've always preferred a sandbox WikiProject over a real WikiProject. Novice7 (talk) 12:49, 1 September 2011 (UTC)
- Yeah I'm a big Ciara fan :) and I hate where her career went after Fantasy Ride. I blame the singles, they all sucked. "Turntables" and "High Price" would've been good singles. My favorite Ciara song is probably "Oh" from her first album, or "That's Right" from her second :) Anyway, most of her articles are in need of clean-up so a WikiProject would be great, but I don't know if she has many fans on Wikipedia? Candyo32 wrote all of her GAs and FLs, I think. Too bad he is inactive :/ I was going to propose the WikiProject a few days ago, but I felt like there's maybe one too many proposals related to music right now. Pancake (talk) 13:07, 1 September 2011 (UTC)
- I like some of her songs like "Promise", "Goodies" and "Love Sex Magic" :) There's Lil-unique too. I like her, but not necessarily a fan lol My favorite artist is Whitney Houston (I know what you're thinking: Old guy.) If Candy returns (I'm sure he will. He's currently busy with college stuff), he'd surely help you out and you two can make magic! Good luck with the proposal. You know how people comment on these "music" proposals. A proposal of mine (Whitney Houston WProject) didn't get supports or even opposes lol. Novice7 (talk) 13:14, 1 September 2011 (UTC)
- Yeah "Promise" is great. I really think Ciara is extremelyyyy underrated, she should be more famous. And I know that Whitney is your favorite ;) I saw that you even put her birthday on your user page hehe. I don't think I have heard any of her songs except that "Always Love You" song :P I'll make sure to contact Candy when he gets back :) Pancake (talk) 13:24, 1 September 2011 (UTC)

For the Love of a Daughter
[edit]This song is too good. I can't even handle it. She is pouring her heart out, and I'm feeling it. First listen: I cried. The truth. Even better than "Skyscraper". — Status {talkcontribs 00:15, 22 September 2011 (UTC)
- Yes it is a great song :) Not my favorite though, I think the title track is the best. It's very different from the rest. Apparently "Who's That Boy" will be the next single. I like the beat in the beginning, but the rest is... meh. I ordered my copy of the album a few days ago but it might take a while, like 5-20 days because it's imported (it probably won't be released outside North American until 2012, just like Hollywood Records always do when it comes to Demi's albums.) Pancake (talk) 16:50, 22 September 2011 (UTC)
- (talk page stalker) Disappointed eh Pancake? I know you had high expectations for "Who's That Boy". I like it though. Omg, did you see the live performance of "Who's That Boy"? I was like "WHAT is she doing!!?" The song is kinda naughty, but the choreography is bad (atleast I felt that way). To see her go from Disney to almost-Miley is wow. Novice7 (talk) 16:10, 23 September 2011 (UTC)
- Nah not really disappointed. The song is growing on me especially after she sang it so well live :) We're talking about Good Morning America right? :p Yeah I saw it and her moves were hot, but it would've been hotter if she wore something tighter lol. Doing sexy choreography while wearing a dress like that looked pretty strange. Pancake (talk) 16:16, 23 September 2011 (UTC)
- Aah, hot. Remember Britney's "Oops" VMA performance (ooh, that's really hot) and the VMA "I'm a Slave 4U" performance? Ignoring the fact that she was lip-syncing, she looked perfect. Now, Demi. She is really beautiful. The costume looked really nice (the purple short skirt, right?), maybe she wasn't comfortable with the choreography or the choreography was bad. She sang well. I haven't heard anything about Miley since 2010! Novice7 (talk) 16:38, 23 September 2011 (UTC)
- Don't think I've seen that "Oops" performance, but of course I have seen "Slave", she looked great, but the lip-syncing made it worse. I saw Britney live on the Circus tour and it was... bad. I didn't realize it back then because I was sort of a fan and I didn't care that she lip-synced. But now I'm no longer a fan and looking back at the show now... it was really bad. The whole Circus tour was a mess. There wasn't even a screen so that you could see her. And she barely danced, she just power walked.
- Demi wore a loose dress and a jacket. Not really hot, I believe. She actually said this of the performance: "I'm getting older and the performance onstage was definitely, it was a bit sexier, but it wasn't too much. I don't want to scare off my fans. At the same time my fans are growing up with me, and I don't want to go way over the top."[6] And about Miley, I heard she is focusing on her film career now? I don't know :) Pancake (talk) 20:04, 23 September 2011 (UTC)
- Another user also said that the Circus tour was bad and boring. I grew up listening to Hilary Duff, then Miley, Demi and Selena. Miley will always have a special place in my heart. She's awesome, imo. I wish her the very best :) Novice7 (talk) 04:55, 24 September 2011 (UTC)

Doing sexy choreography while wearing a dress like that looked pretty strange. Pancake (talk) 16:16, 23 September 2011 (UTC)
The article Criminal Empire for Dummies has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- While I'm finding sources that say that principal photography was scheduled, I'm not finding any that says it commenced, which puts this article at odds with WP:NFF. Corrective references would be appreciated.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Nat Gertler (talk) 15:59, 24 September 2011 (UTC)

- Yes Mags! I hate it :D It's the chorus, I just can't stand it. If a single is never released physically, it is still a single if it was added to radio. But if it was only released digitally, we usually consider it a promo. A radio add or physical release = single. A digital release only = usually a promo. A radio add only = single. I have to say great work on this article so far, great read. Only one thing i don't think you're aware of, Ben Norman of About.com is not reliable. Lamb is one thing, he has experience on other websites and a music journalism degree, Norman is a kid who owns CD's, no different than you or me. I would advice the removal of the source. Mail From Fox.com
From: Ask Fox Sent: Wednesday, November 09, 2011 8:30 PM To: 'Pascal' Subject: RE: American Dad! Seasons
With Animation, it is very hard to tell - and usually EVERYONE is correct.
The way it works is we order what we call a CYCLE of episodes (production companies call this SEASON - but we at the network reserve the word SEASON for the Air Season - the year a show airs in). So let's say we order 22 episodes in the first CYCLE.
With animation, it takes anywhere from 9 months to 1.5 years to produce just ONE episode. Shows have about 7 production teams that oversee about 3 eps each - each in different stages of production - one in the writing stage, one in the recording stage and one in the post-production/animation-overseas stage - all speard out over the 9 months to 1.5 years. That is how the show is able to deliver us close to the full 22 eps in one Air Season. But alot of times, they cannot deliver all the eps - and fall behind and we then only air, say 16-19 eps in an Air Season - leaving anywhere from 3-6 holdover episodes from Cycle 1 to air in Air Season 2 - and this is where all the confusion on numbering of "seasons" starts to take over.
With AMERICAN DAD, the 2010-11 Season last year was the show's 7TH AIR SEASON - and consisted of 19 episodes - 13 from the 5TH CYCLE and 6 from the 6TH CYCLE This year - the 2011-12 Season - the show's 8TH AIR SEASON - we plan to air 18 eps - 16 from the 6TH CYCLE and 2 from the 7TH CYCLE Next year - the 2012-13 Season - the show's 9TH AIR SEASON - we plan to air 20 eps - all from the 7TH CYCLE
So next year you might see in one place that the show is in its "7th Season" and other places that it is in its "9th Season" - both are basically correct - we would prefer if the world would call the production order a cycle and say it was in its 7th Cycle - but it is hard to change the world about something so trivial.
So there you have an explanation on how animation works on Network TV
FYI: This year - the 2011-12 Season - is FAMILY GUY's 11TH AIR SEASON - and will consist of 3 eps from the 8TH CYCLE and 19 eps from the 9TH CYCLE

So, You Want to Be a Vampire?
[edit]Really? AIRcorn (talk) 05:19, 12 November 2011 (UTC)
- It is probably better to leave a note at a wikiproject than at peoples individual pages. My main interest is good articles and in an effort to reduce the backlog I occasionally do sweeps for quick fails or un-notable articles. Depending on how the discussion goes you might want to keep that in mind when nominating similar articles. Best AIRcorn (talk) 04:16, 13 November 2011 (UTC)

[edit]Hi Pancake :). You did a good job on Good Girl Gone Bad: The Remixes, why don't you nominate it for GA? With that you would contribute to the WikiProject. All the best. — Tomica (talk) 09:41, 8 April 2012 (UTC)
- Hello there. Sure, I could do that. My only worry is that the article is pretty small, but I suppose it can't be much bigger. Pancake (talk) 13:42, 8 April 2012 (UTC)
- Lol I see this one now. I totally forgot about it. Well I will try to find smthg else, but anyway since its a remix album with moderate success it's okay like this too. ;) 08:31, 18 April 2012 (UTC)

Invitation to wikiFeed
[edit]Hello PancakeMistake,
I'm part of a team that is researching ways to help Wikipedia editors find interesting content to contribute to Wikipedia. More specifically, we are investigating whether content from news sources can be used to enhance Wikipedia editing. We have created a tool, called wikiFeed, that allows you to specify Twitter and/or RSS feeds from news sources that are interesting to you. wikiFeed then helps you make connections between those feeds and Wikipedia articles. We believe that using this tool may be a lot of fun, and may help you come up with some ideas on how to contribute to Wikipedia in ways that interest you. Please participate! To do so, complete this survey and follow this link to our website. Once you're there, click the "create an account" link to get started.
For more information about wikiFeed, visit our project page. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask via my talk page, or by email at wikifeedcc@gmail.com. We appreciate your time and hope you enjoy playing with wikiFeed!
Thanks! FifthCrow (talk) 21:17, 25 July 2012 (UTC)
The article List of Making Fiends songs has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- In-universe, no secondary sources found, no out-of-universe notability.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. License tagging for File:Miike Snow - Animal Cover.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Miike Snow - Animal Cover.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.
To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 19:05, 13 September 2012 (UTC)
These sources confirm that the EP exists: http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/1694392/lana-del-rey-paradise-edition.jhtml and http://www.billboard.com/news/lana-del-rey-releases-ride-single-from-born-1007957392.story#/news/lana-del-rey-releases-ride-single-from-born-1007957392.story. There is absolutely no reason this article should be nominated for any kind of deletion. Please get your facts right before you nominate a page or remove content from an article. teammathi (talk) 20:01, 3 October 2012 (UTC)
- "Get your facts rights". I nominated it because this is used as a source for this EP, which seemed fishy. Pancake (talk) 20:11, 3 October 2012 (UTC)

- No I'm not really that busy, but I guess I have lost interest in editing articles. It's just not that "fun" anymore :P Pancake (talk) 12:13, 24 December 2012 (UTC)
- I can understand. I retired because I started losing interest too. So, I decided to stay away from music articles and am currently concentrating on anime and manga articles. 五代 (talk) 04:15, 25 December 2012 (UTC)
- I have thought about editing TV-related articles, like episodes and stuff, (which I was doing before I got into music articles), but I still want to finish some of my sandbox projects. I don't know, we'll see. :) Pancake (talk) 13:07, 25 December 2012 (UTC)
- That's nice. Music articles can be very stressful, if you don't get the right information to add (like background, composition etc.) 五代 (talk) 04:30, 26 December 2012 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (File:Circlethedraincover.jpeg)
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Circlethedraincover.jpeg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box.
