Managing a conflict of interest

Professor Oqubay, please respond to posts below those posts. This is the convention here, so I have moved your post down below User:Macaddct1984's post. Your response implies that you are the subject of the article Arkebe Oqubay. This means you are strongly recommended not to edit it, per Macaddct1984's notification. Also, biography articles in an encyclopedia are pretty different from profiles on an institution's website, and even more different from a person's own websites. Neutrality and reliable secondary sources unconnected with the person are very important on Wikipedia. In other words, your own websites are not appropriate sources. (You have actually not provided any sources at all for your edits.) Especially your third edit, this one, is extremely promotional, with completely inappropriate language for a Wikipedia article (though possible appropriate for your institution's website). Please take a look at the policy WP:Biographies of living people and the guideline Wikipedia:Reliable sources to get a sense for how to edit here.
