This submission's references do not adequately show the subject's notability. Wikipedia requires significant coverage about the subject in reliable sources that are independent of the subject—see the guidelines on the notability of people and the golden rule. Please improve the submission's referencing (see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners), so that the information is verifiable, and there is clear evidence of why the subject is notable and worthy of inclusion in an encyclopedia. If additional reliable sources cannot be found for the subject, then it may not be suitable for Wikipedia at this time.

The comment the reviewer left was:

Fails WP:PROF, fails WP:CREATIVE, fails WP:PROMO (though to be fair I did trim out the worst of it). There are three references (after I removed all of the promotional and/or PRIMARY sources that were pieces written by the subject), and two of them are generic "congrats you won an award" pages. The "he won X award at University" bits are a bit unnecessary as well, so removing that information entirely might be in order. I'm not entirely convinced the third source isn't primary as well, since it seems like he is an editor for the site.

The one thing going for Mukhopadhyay at the moment is the Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Award, but a) I'm not entirely convinced that it's a notable award, and b) I can't find any verification that he actually won it.

To summarize: if you can't find a good reference for a piece of information, remove it. It's better to have a well-sourced two-paragraph stub than... whatever this is. Please add additional independent reliable sources that discuss the subject in detail.
