Tips
  • Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
  • It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
  • If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
  • Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
  • When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
  • If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
  • Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.

Problems with upload of File:Shams-Talat.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Shams-Talat.jpg. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

To add this information, click on this link, then click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page and add the information to the image's description. If you need help, post your question on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions.

File permission problem with File:Shams Talat's.jpeg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Shams Talat's.jpeg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{permission pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F11 of the criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- Marchjuly (talk) 21:51, 1 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

December 2022

[edit]
As it has become apparent that your account will be used solely for unconstructive editing, you have been indefinitely blocked from editing in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy. If you believe this block is unjustified you may contest it by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} to this page.

Request reason:

Request for Unblock Dear Wikipedia Administrator, I am writing to request an unblock of my account. I understand that my account has been used for unconstructive editing and that I have been blocked in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy. I believe that this block is unjustified, and I am eager to resolve this issue. I recognize the importance of Wikipedia and I want to be part of the project in a constructive and respectful way. I would be grateful if you could consider my request and unblock my account.

Decline reason:

This request is contradictory(you can't both understand that you were blocked for unconstructive editing and believe it to be unjustified at the same time) and you do not discuss the specific things named by the blocking admin. For this reason, I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 16:24, 21 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

I can assure you that this was not my intention. I have the utmost respect for Wikipedia and its policies, and I have only ever intended to contribute positively to the website and I am willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that I am following all the rules and regulations of Wikipedia. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Decline reason:

Request reason:

I can't understand what reason the Administrator required from me to unblock myself, the reason to unblock my account, from my side I don't do any unconstructive editing but mistakenly if I do please give me a chance, I assure you I future I can't do anything against Wikipedia's policy, thanks

Decline reason:

My use of the checkuser tool confirms you have abused multiple accounts. PhilKnight (talk) 20:10, 25 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
