If you're serious about your desire to be unblocked, the best approach would be to write an unblock request for WP:AN (ad you are site-banned, not just blocked) on the talk page of your original account after an extended, lengthy period of not sockpuppeting. If your edits in this most recent account would be considered good by the community now, they would also be in two, three, or four years, and you'd possibly find a more receptive audience then if there was no sockpuppeting in that interim. You have to understand that your history of sockpuppeting is extensive, so any kind of block evasion, even with benign results, is going to be viewed very poorly by the community.
