I noticed the message you recently left to 67.149.165.109. Please remember not to bite the newcomers. If you see someone make a common mistake, try to politely point out what they did wrong and how to correct it. Thank you. Today, while checking user edits, I noticed that way back in 2009 you sent this user an "only warning" for an edit that was definitely vandalism. However, it appears as though, even at that time, the user was having more problem with COI and might have benefited from more guidance. He/she is now making constructive edits. You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve.
