Ik-Joong Kang moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Ik-Joong Kang, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.  DIVINE  14:32, 25 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Divine! I didn't know I could reply to talks until earlier this week, hence the late reply. A belated thanks for taking an interest in the article I created! I published the article on Ik-Joong Kang again, after reviewing and addressing your concerns over the past few weeks. Should you like to follow up on any issues, let me know. August 2022

[edit]

Information icon Hi WinifredSandersonLee! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Ik-Joong Kang that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. Kj cheetham (talk) 21:32, 14 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Kj cheetham, thank you so much for your kind explanation/note! I have definitely been using the term "minor" to my own convenient understanding but will make more detailed notes on all edits going forth. WinifredSandersonLee (talk) 03:03, 15 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Glad I could help! Please do feel free to leave a message on my talk page if I can help with anything in the future. -Kj cheetham (talk) 18:28, 15 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, Korean Avant-Garde Association, is not suitable as written to remain published. While it appears to be notable, it needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. There are large sections which are wholly uncited. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. I did this rather than removing the uncited material in the article, which I felt would be more disruptive. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask on my talk page. When you have the required sourcing (and every assertion needs a source), and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Or feel free to ping me to take another look.Onel5969 TT me 10:09, 13 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Onel5969, thanks so much for looking over the article I've written on the AG Group. I had it published it before it was fully ready, and life caught up that it had remained so for a while. I did make some improvements since and would love to get your input again (it's been submitted for review). One thing I wanted to dispute from your comment was about its sources. Much of what I'm citing are articles in Korean because those are the only materials available yet on the AG Group as a whole. But these have been written by reputable scholars, published in scholarly journals mostly available online, and in no-way self-promotional. I'd appreciate another look! Yup. Looks good now. Nice job, I've moved it to mainspace. Onel5969 TT me 20:18, 29 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
That was quick! I really appreciate your looking over it. WinifredSandersonLee (talk) 21:37, 29 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
