[edit]Sources
[edit]Hi, please see WP:HIJACK, when adding content it is necessary that one makes sure that the citations that are already there match the added text, or if not, that another citation is added which verifies the content. – Thjarkur (talk) 12:20, 12 December 2020 (UTC)
Dhundhukaari and Gokarna moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Dhundhukaari and Gokarna, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ... discospinster talk 17:10, 7 July 2021 (UTC)

Your submission at Articles for creation: Dhundhukaari and Gokarna (December 29)
[edit]It is almost never suitable to copy content from another web site to Wikipedia, for more than one reason, the most important being copyright. When you post anything to Wikipedia you release it for anyone in the world to reuse it, either unchanged or modified in any way whatever, subject to attribution to Wikipedia. It is very rare that the owner of a web site licenses content for such very free reuse, and in those few occasions when they do so, we require proof of the fact. We don't assume that content is freely licensed on the unsubstantiated say so of just anyone who comes along and creates a Wikipedia account.JBW (talk) 14:51, 3 January 2022 (UTC)
Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution
[edit] Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Shark Tank India (season 1) into Shark Tank India (season 2). While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. DanCherek (talk) 12:29, 6 May 2022 (UTC)
About the List of characters in the Mahabharata.
[edit]Hello, You edited Devasena is the daughter of Indra in "List of characters in the Mahabharata" page. But, according in Mahabharata's Vana Parva, Prajapati Daksha was the father of Devasena. In Skanda Purana, Indra was the father of Devasena. Karasingam (talk) 11:27, 30 June 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm SanemAyhan07. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, MasterChef India (Hindi season 7), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. SanemAyhan07 (talk) 16:12, 25 March 2023 (UTC)
