Vacovice is a municipality and village in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 50 inhabitants.
Vacovice lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) south-west of Strakonice, 54 km (34 mi) west of České Budějovice, and 115 km (71 mi) south-west of Prague.
