The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline and the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (biographies) requirement. WP:BEFORE did not reveal any significant English-language coverage on Gnews, Gbooks or Gscholar. And yes, I looked for sources that would describe him in relation to the Nixon issue, and I couldn't find anything. It seems that a brief mention in a newspaper or such (maybe WP:PRIMARY transcript?), yeear ago, that he made such a list is his sole claim to fame. The PROD was removed with no useful rationale despite my explicit request to add one or comment on talk :( _{Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here} 01:06, 13 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Redirect to Master_list_of_Nixon's_political_opponents since it seems his major claim to significance derives from that shitlist. If you see articles like this in future (badly sourced microstubs on topics completely dependent on some other list) just redirect them right away rather than going the PROD route.
