This appears to be hoax. Virtually all of the ghits for this person (in English or otherwise) appear to be WP mirrors and the Roseau Warriors are a high school team in Minnesota... author looks to be the same as the author of Quake and Kaik and Aarón González, both up for AfD as hoaxes.
