Can't find any evidence of notability. To date, he has played 9 minutes in a semi-pro league, which is not a valid claim to notability. Google News and a Russian source search have only trivial mentions of Kirillov. Does not appear to pass WP:SPORTBASIC or WP:GNG as there appears to be an absence of significant coverage from reliable and independent sources.
