Keep. The article is badly written currently, but he did play quarterback at a Power Five program, appearing in 31 games with 2,812 passing yards and 26 passing touchdowns. Power Five QBs almost always receive SIGCOV, and Farmer is no exception. E.g., here (part 1/part 2), here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here.
