Subject does not assert notability under WP:BIO criteria for notability Athletes/etc. Subject is a PE teacher who is parttime coach to an amateur soccer team that play in a regional league. (Team possibly notable. Mr. Horgan possibly not.) No additional assertions of notability under WP:BIO offered since {{Notability|biographies}} tag was applied in December 2007.)
