I misspoke. The article should not be WP:MERGEed, rather, it should be deleted, and optionally replaced with a redirect. In my opinion, there no content here worth copying over, and any mention of the book at Judy Carter should be added from scratch in a NPOV tone. This article, right? That is a passing mention in a minor source, and does not, in my opinion, come close to meeting WP:NBOOK. There is still no substantial commentary present. I know that might seem frustrating, my original nomination was very brief, and I don't mean to be moving the goalposts. The article needs more than just a couple of blog-based reviews or a passing mention in a club magazine. WP:BKCRIT has more specific guidelines. Grayfell (talk) 21:52, 10 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Redirect to Judy Carter. Other than the Splitsider article, all of the mentions I've found have been trivial, passing mentions in relation to Carter herself overall. Regardless of how often a book is mentioned in passing, a WP:TRIVIAL source cannot give notability regardless of how many there might be and notability is WP:NOTINHERITED by Carter herself being a notable person.
