Um, well, one episode, I don't even recall him actually appearing as the article alleged, or having dialogue. But even if he did, he's not recurring in any sense, not even in mention--he is only mentioned in this episode, and not even a key figure in the episode. - Merge and Delete Wikipedia should not pander to every little Simpsons character that they artists put out. Should Bart Simpson have his own page? Yes. Should "Uncle Tyrone"? Heck no.
