Bizzare and unencyclopedic evaluation of an appartment building, has been though afd once, but the article hasnot been touched since and is still unfit for an encyclopedia.--Peta 04:09, 22 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

- Keep (and cleanup) or merge with Walt Disney World College Program as per Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Vista Way 1. This is an apartment complex controlled by Disney for the college program, and is "notable" given Disney's impact on the Orlando area.
