Fails WP:SIGCOV - other than a paragraph on his bicycle accident in the Canberra Times, the article is mostly sourced to primary sources and draws heavily on and williamfrancisroy.blogspot.com and IndyMediaAustralia. Neither of these are reliable and the latter appears to be associated with the sovereign citizen movement. Searches return no other coverage of the conspiracy theory included in the article. - Delete as per nom's reasoning. He doesn't get reliable sources for claims to notability. Not sure why Nielsen and Huckstepp's article link here (and vice versa), he doesn't appear to have had any role with them. LibStar (talk) 10:26, 26 April 2023 (UTC)

- Delete per WP:FRINGE and WP:TNT - this is a scare job wrapped into a conspiracy theory. What a mess. Bearian (talk) 14:33, 8 May 2023 (UTC)
