Fails WP:SIGCOV - other than a paragraph on his bicycle accident in the Canberra Times, the article is mostly sourced to primary sources and draws heavily on and williamfrancisroy.blogspot.com and IndyMediaAustralia. Neither of these are reliable and the latter appears to be associated with the sovereign citizen movement. Searches return no other coverage of the conspiracy theory included in the article.
