Not acceptable per WP:FREER as this is a product photo from https://reduxdirect.com/. Considering Ets-Hokin v. Skyy Spirits Inc. and File:Cyberpunk 2077 logo US Copyright Office decision.pdf, uploading a free image like https://www.flickr.com/photos/theimpulsivebuy/7983571911/, https://www.flickr.com/photos/themastershakesignal/471816707/ or https://www.flickr.com/photos/wstryder/3794605761/ shouldn't be a problem. — Alexis Jazz (talk or ping me) 09:25, 22 August 2021 (UTC)

Can't search right now (still have dozens of CSD F5 taggings to check before they expire) but this is highly likely PD as it's unlikely this was published with a copyright notice. — Alexis Jazz (talk or ping me) 20:18, 22 August 2021 (UTC)

• Enough to find. 1930s Case of 8 Standard Oil bottles Indiana features the logo in color. (and no copyright notice) It's also on this Standard Oil Lubester and as far as could be told from the photos, no copyright notice. They also published many road maps which include a copyright notice from the map maker but nothing for the logo. They also offered credit cards (for some reason) as can be seen on the second image of https://www.ebay.com/itm/361916189396. Again, no copyright notice. I wonder if the credit cards count as publishing as the contract could have said that the card remains the property of the issuer, not sure if that changes anything anyway, but that's something to wonder about another day.
