- Evidence
User:PIO is indefinitely blocked [1]. He is now using User:Jxy as an alternate account, going so far as to ask at Talk:National sport "After other block for edit warring is it allowed to reach a consensus? I would like add other nations with 3 most popular sports then I agree integrations of 2 unlogged editors: I suggest to add USA, England, South Africa and Fiji" [2]. PIO has openly admitted to having three alternate accounts [3]. Jxy's user page has been edited by PIO [4]. PIO says that "I and Jxy are two friends who use the same computer" [5] [6] while their two user pages were just about the same [7] [8]. Both editors have taken part in the same conversation referring to "my edits" and "my sources" [9].

In fact, PIO is a my friend and I can explain. One time, I and PIO used the same computer but now I use other computer in other house near house of PIO. With a control of CheckUser, you can see the same initial numbers of IPs for PIO and me because our telephone net is served by the same corporation. Every admin can verify that I logged in before than PIO and sock puppets come in after no before. I and PIO often edit in the same articles: is it a violation? Best wishes.--Jxy (talk) 13:46, 3 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- If I may answer that, the two accounts are pretty much contemporaneous judging by the histories of the user pages (PIO's dates back to 17 May 2006 and Jxy's to 12 May 2006 - oddly enough, the first edits by each user were absolutely identical [10] and [11]), but in fact PIO was the first to contribute, a couple of months before that [12]. Sloven detective, but you don't know my contribution when I was unlogged! But are you an investigator of Lubiana's police? You stay in Lubiana.--Jxy (talk) 14:46, 3 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Coincidentally, on the Spanish Wiki, there's a user called Jxy who says he's PIO on English Wiki [13], while on the Italian Wiki, PIO says he's Jxy on the Spanish [14]. Case closed. AlasdairGreen27 (talk) 15:32, 3 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, so time comparer says they both edit during the same times of the day. Content comparer says that PIO and Jxy have in common 13 of the the 18 individual pages Jxy's editted, including this suspicious edit to PIO's sandbox. Right now I'm thinking WP:DUCK, but I'm heading over to WP:RFCU to be sure. MBisanz talk 15:54, 3 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Conclusions
Clear sockpuppetry and / or meatpuppetry to evade a block. User:Jxy indefinitely blocked. GBT/C 15:56, 3 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
