a<countryname>attraction.com spamming

An anonymous spammer utilising multiple IP addresses registered to Pipex UK - rarely the same IP address twice - has added literally hundreds of tourism spam links to various locality articles for numerous European countries. I've added the domains to the spam blacklist, but there's a lot of cleanup work to be done. See:

Single use registered accounts being used to add this website and citations to the author's published books (such as The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Amazing Sex) on sex related articles. One account was warned back in January by Hu12, but since they're pretty much all single use accounts it's unlikely anyone received it. Will recommend for blacklisting since there is no way to warn and this has been ongoing since at least December. (The books can still be used as references without the link to the website if editors think appropriate).

Teachers.tv (for all its spammy url) is actually a well respected site, funded by the British government, that provides a lot of very good content for teachers in the UK. Despite the inappropriate additions, some of that content could be very useful and appropriate in some of our articles.
