Winning Team on suomalainen vuonna 2013 perustettu elektronista tanssimusiikkia ja housea tuottava dj-kollektiivi, johon kuuluvat Max Well (Max Lapinsuo-Sylwén), Veli Hiidenmaa (Vesa Lappalainen), Patrick Brex (Patrick Breuer) sekä Isku (Jere Pehkonen). Yhtye on julkaissut musiikkia useilla eri kansainvälisillä levy-yhtiöillä, kuten Revealed Recordings, Nexchapter, Intensity Recordings ja Seal Network.
Winning Team omistaa Halla Recordings -levy-yhtiön, joka on erikoistunut elektroniseen tanssimusiikkiin.
