Zalabiyeh ( Arab: زلابية ) yaiku gorengan sing digawe saka adonan tepung gandum sing tipis sing digoreng lan asring diombe nganggo sirup madu utawa gula kanggo nambah rasa legi. Nalika adonan adonan, umume diwenehi zalabiyeh bentuk bunder, padha karo sfenj Maroko minangka persiapan, utawa kanggo donat Amerika, nanging tanpa bolongan.
