Perampanel (INN/USAN, prodajno ime Fycompa) antiepileptički je lek koji deluje kao selektivni nekompetitivni antagonist AMPA receptora, jednog od glavnih tipova jonotropnih glutamatnih receptora.[5][6][7][8][9]
