Ribonukleaza P (EC 3.1.26.5, RNaza P) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Endonukleolitičko razlaganje RNK, uklanjanje 5'-ekstranukleotida sa tRNK prekursora
Ovaj enzim sadrži RNK. On je esencijalan za tRNK obradu.
