No photo?

[edit]

Publishing a reference as "the most handsome..." would seem to call for a photo as part of encyclopedic information. T bonham (talk) 01:47, 4 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

A photo request has been put at the top of the corresponding article in Japanese Wikipedia for a while already. NinetyNineDragon (talk) 16:26, 6 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

non-headline source

[edit]

If the only sources for Takahashi being the "most handsome high schooler" are in headlines, is the text really supported by reliable sources? where does the quote come from? theleekycauldron (talk • she/her) 04:23, 14 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

While every headline after he won the contest and before he graduated from high school include the phrase "日本一のイケメン高校生", in Ref 6, a tweet is quoted by the source, and the tweet literally mentions "“日本一のイケメン高校生”の称号を手に入れてから1年", which means "1 year from acquiring the title of 'the top handsome high schooler in Japan'".
