Hello, Ssaisushanth45. Thank you for helping to build Wikipedia-- the world's largest free content encyclopedia. A page you created ATMECS Global has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seemed to be unambiguous advertising which only promoted a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to have been fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic.
This article needs to be rewritten from scratch from reliable, third party sources unconnected to the subject."Before you start writing, gather a list of indisputably reliable sources that are entirely independent of the [subject] and that devote significant coverage to the [subject]. Once you have that list of high quality sources, format them into references. Referencing for beginners explains how. Now, neutrally summarize what the sources say, avoiding any promotional language. You can find much more detailed advice at Your first article." --per Cullen328" Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted.
Information on content and common pitfalls to avoid can be located here and here, however be aware that this is not an exhaustive list. Pages can sometimes avoid these pitfalls and still be seen as an ad copy or unambiguously promotional, particularly if the editor appears to be a paid editor or has some other conflict of interest. Please review these policies, including the FAQ page on organizations to determine if this applies to you.
Common mistakes or beliefs about promotional editing center on the assumption that promotional editing only applies to promotion for commercial gain. Some tags or G11 nominations are met with confusion by creators, particularly if they spend much time reading or creating corporate documents, mission/vision statements, or similar copy for their organization. The frequent exposure to promotional tone may make it difficult to notice non-neutral phrases or styles, as the editor has grown accustomed to seeing it as everyday writing or speech. This can be difficult, but not impossible, to unlearn.
Another common assumption is that the prohibition against promotional editing applies only to businesses or organizations. It applies to any topic, including a person, a non-commercial organization, a point of view, etc. and CV/resumé's are by their nature promotional.
Wikipedia is an encyclopedia-- subjects must meet notability guidelines with reliable sources that are unconnected with the subject and providing verifiable information. That generally means someone unconnected with the subject needs to have written a great deal about the subject. Please see this page on citing sources and Wikipedia:Common sourcing mistakes (notability). This page has templates you can use in citing your sources. Place the template {{Reflist}} at the bottom of the page, and references cited in the text will appear there. New article creation can be difficult, but the Article Wizard can help you. The new user tutorial can help you avoid future problems. You can ask for help at Wikipedia:WikiProject Articles for creation/Help desk and on IRC chat Wikipedia:The Wikipedia Adventure is a useful tutorial.
New article creation can be difficult and frustrating. Sometimes it is better to first gain experience by fixing and helping maintain existing articles. Wikipedia:Community portal/Opentask contains links to things that badly need doing, if you are so inclined.
This notice is information dense. Please carefully read and thoroughly understand the linked information before attempting further article creation.

- Thanks for your response! I have disclosed any conflict of interest by noting that I'm an employee of the company. Can you please help me identify any portion of the article that appears promotional or guide me to get this page published. I have edited multiple pages that seem to understand the guidelines shared. Ssaisushanth45 (talk) 13:56, 24 December 2024 (UTC)
- Have you carefully read most of the content above? If so, let me point out particular parts where it is promotional, although most of it is very promotional, so I recommend you to read WP:ADS, User:Deepfriedokra/promo to understand more about why the language that you used are considered promotional.
- - Introduction
- - Specialty Practices
- - Services
- I will draftify your article for now, but I do hope when I come back, you will have addressed most of the problems, though I would highly recommend you to edit anything beside it for several months to understand more about Wikipedia's policies. 🔥YesI'mOnFire🔥(ContainThisEmber?) 14:14, 24 December 2024 (UTC)

- Thanks KylieTastic. I had about 11 references which were rejected by previous reviewers so I brought it down to two. I had used another privately held company as a benchmark which also has similar such references. I'm confused about this "damned if you do, damned if you don't" scenario. Would appreciate any guidance you could provide, please. Thanks.

- Hi, all new articles on Wikipedia have to show the subject is notable (See WP:N) which in most cases requires significant coverage (WP:SIGCOV) in multiple independent (WP:INDY) reliable sources (WP:RS). So the first thing is to identify 3+ such sources to show nobility. Keep away from PR, paid promos, or any that have substantial interviews etc as all are not independent. Note that all key claims need to be sourced - most of yours are not. Lastly we are looking for encyclopedic content not things that read like averts: lists of Specialty Practices and Services is what a marketing department wants but is not an encyclopedic article. I haven't looked at all the above sources but prnewswire.com and .businesswire.com are just PR so not helpful. Hope that helps explain things a bit. KylieTastic (talk) 14:51, 26 December 2024 (UTC)
